Terms and Conditions
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
You can place your orders through our website. To do this you must create an account. Register easily and quickly. Through your account you will be able to review your latest purchases, view the status of your orders and get discount coupons. Choose the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. You can choose your preferred payment method: debit card, credit card or through your PayPal account.
If you are a beneficiary of any promotion, before reaching the last step of the purchase, you will find a section where you can enter your discount coupon. Only one coupon is allowed per order. If you purchase a promotional item, the discount coupon cannot be used.

Shipments and deliveries
If there are no impediments, our shipments leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours after the order has been placed, in the case of working days. In the case of public holidays, shipment will be made within 24-48 hours after the first working day.
If you wish to cancel the shipment or change the delivery address, you may do so, as long as the package has not already been delivered to the carrier. Please send us an e-mail to help@flordementa.com with your details and the purchase reference.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. For Spain (Peninsula) it will be between 24h and 48h working days. For the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla it will be between 2 and 5 working days. For the European Union it will be between 5 and 7 working days. For other destinations it will be between 7 and 10 working days.
Below you will find details of the shipping costs depending on the destination and the amount of the purchase:
– Spain ( Mainland):
Orders under 35 euros: 3,95 euros.
Orders over 35 euros: Free shipping.
– Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
Orders under 50 euros: 8 euros.
Orders over 50 euros: Free shipping.
– European Union:
Orders under 70 euros: 8 euros.
Orders over 70 euros: Free shipping.
– Other destinations:
Orders under 80 euros: 8 euros.
Orders over 80 euros: Free shipping.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have 15 days from the date of the order to return or change any item.
Please note that we don’t refund the items, we offer you a gift card that you can use during the next 3 months.
All the fees generated during return process are charged to the customer. Please contact us or check our guide before start the process in order to be inform about the shipping cost of our delivery service.
You can send the package with the courier service you prefer. In this case all the shipping cost and customs taxes are at your own.
Free returns will be accepted in case of:
– Mistake in delivery.
– The item is damage.
– It has been chosen a wrong size of a ring.
You have one change for free for a wrong size in rings.
We ask you to check the Size Chart during the selection process.
In any case, please send us an e-mail to help@flordementa.com with your name, reference order, the details of the item. If a new size is required, we will confirm you the availability.
