You have 15 days from the date of the order to return or change in any item. Please note that we don’t refund the items, we offer you a gift card that you can use during the next 3 months. All the fees generated during return process are charged to the customer. Please contact us or check our guide before start the process in order to be inform about the shipping cost of our delivery service. You can send the package with the courier service you prefer. In this case all the shipping cost and customs taxes are at your own. Free returns will be accepted in case of:

• Mistake in delivery.
• The item is damage.
• It has been chosen a wrong size of a ring.

  You have one change for free for a wrong size in rings. We ask you to check the Size Chart during the selection process. In any case, please send us an e-mail to help@flordementa.com with your name, reference order, the details of the item. If a new size is required, we will confirm you the availability. Please note that we check all items before being sent, in order to guarantee the best quality to our customers.
